All Racing Victoria 2023-24 licences and registrations expire on 31 July 2024. If you have not yet renewed your licence or registration for the 2024-25 season your licence or registration will lapse on 31 July 2024. Late renewals will incur a late fee.
All 2024-25 season renewals will be sent via email instructing you on how to complete the process. All renewals are to be completed online through your Stable Assist account. If you are experiencing difficulties completing your renewal please contact Racing Australia on 1800 954 143 or via licensing@racingaustralia.horse.

Newly licensed and registered participants must complete Racing Victoria’s online equine welfare course before renewing their licence/registration for the 2023-24 racing season.
If you have not previously completed your equine welfare course a renewal application will not be issued to you, and you will not be able to renew your licence/registration while the course is incomplete.
Please complete it as soon as possible.
